struct resbuf: ads_name = AcDb::kDxf... ?

Hy all,

the ads_name is a clear way to identify an entity, isnt it?
I think it is. If it is not the case please correct me.
My Question:
Which is the restype of an struct resbuf for an ads_name?

Thanks for help.

Greetings Robert.

in reply to: Robert-

an ads_name is essentially the same as an
AcDbObjectId, so it is a unique identifier for an object, but it is session
specific - it does not persist from AutoCAD session to AutoCAD
session.

The restype for an ads_name is
RTENAME.
