Could i write .NET program for Autocad Map 2000i.

It is not possibel since the .NET api wasn't introduced untill AutoCAD 2005.

Depnding on what the .NET program is to
do.

You can certainly use external exe app written with
.NET to automate AutoCAD via COM interop. You also build .NET DLL and expose it
to COM, then use it inside AutoCAD with VBA code.

If you meant for ObjectARX .NET API, then, as other
reply says, you cannot.
