I'm trying to use an MFC example to get a print preview window to open up in AutoCAD, and I can't get the window to display. In the past I have made a couple of applications that show a dialog, but this one is based on a sample that uses a frame window first, and I haven't found any ObjectARX examples that are similar. I know very little about MFC so I started with example code (https://workspaces.codeproject.com/richard-stringer/printing-class-library) that works as a regular windows application and stripped it down and tried to integrate it into an ObjectARX project. Could someone please take a look at the attached project and point me in the right direction? Feel free to beat up on it. I'm sure there is plenty to pick on.

VS 2012
AutoCAD 2014 SP1
Windows 8 64 bit
