How can return a point to an AutoCAD command?

I need to return a point at an autocad command, throw a transparent command.
Previous to 2006, i can return a point by an ads function, using
acedRetPoint. Now how can is possible to do the same?

Into 2006 transparent command crashes autocad; is this a bug or must be call
some function to tell at autocad that the command start/end?
