Creating a Graphics Container

Hello All.
I need a "multiline attribute", AutoCAD does not have it, so I am trying to do it. I have a AcDbBlockReference derived class and I want to add a MTEXT collection, but I have no idea how to do it, I mean, instead an attributes collection use a MTEXT collection.
There is an example in ARXDBG, but it uses entities from another DB. My derived AcDbBlockReference class, must be the owner of the MTEXTs.

Some advice? or, is there a way to add MTEXT objects inside a normal AcDbBlockReference object?
