acad.exe Application Error while closing

Hi,
Thanks we have a place like this, where we can take our worries. So we have a complex application having many ARX and VB DLLs working with AutoCAD Map5 the OS is Win NT. Now we want to install this system on Win 2K Pro SP4. All parts run fine but while it is closing the Autocad an error pops up saying "The instruction at '0x77f87eeb' referenced memory at '0x06760944'. The memory could be read."

It might be some memory leak but can I debug it, to figure out the defect ? Actually somehow I managed to run this application faultless on a Win 2K Prof machine earlier after compiling and building it on that machine. Now that approach is not working on this machine.
