3D represenation and Editing of custom entity in AutoCAD 2010

I have developed a room as custom entity in AutoCAD 2010. So I can directly insert a room using this. This is a 2D representation.

Now my client has a requirement where I need to represent and edit the same room in 3D in AutoCAD. So there should be boolean operations possible with this.So that I can show windows, columns, Doors. It should be possible to drag a window in 3D to adjust its position.

This seems to be difficult with the current APIs available in AutoCAD, can any one give guidelines to achieve this functionality?
