This has been a major problem we have and had to do a workaround that doesnt work as efficiently.
How do you start autocad to create a drawing? The code we had (but didnt work properly):
'to start autocad and create an instance of it, it doesnt work however
AcadApp = New Autodesk.AutoCAD.Interop.AcadApplication
'to open a specific file
AcadDoc = AcadApp.Documents.Open("C:\contracts\test.dwg", False, "")
Current System:
AutoCAD 2010, Windows 7 64-bit.
It works on autocad 2010, windows vista 32-bit fine. but not the windows 7 64-bit. Please take a look at this AutoDesk
