Whether a event is already attached to a document [Imported]

Is it possible to check whether an delegate (Event) is already attached to a document.
For example I would like to know "BeginSave" delegate is already attached to a current document, so that I can avoid reattaching the delegate.

If a handler is already added,

.BeginSave == null

should return false
