Where to download Interop.ACSMCOMPONENTS19Lib.dll.

Thank you for pointing that out.

In the folder the file name is 'acsmcomponents19.tlb', that's why I searched but didn't find it. When I reference to it the file was copied to my project folder and file name became 'Interop.ACSMCOMPONENTS19Lib.dll'. It's interesting.
