Visual Studio Express 2005 and autocad

Can the new Visual studio express program be used to create applications for
autocad 2005\2006?

Yes, under normal circumstances, any managed Visual Studio 2005 application
will also require .NET 2.0. However, MSBee
(http://blogs.msdn.com/clichten/archive/2005/11/08/490541.aspx) could be a
useful option in some situations.

I had to rebuild my machine. I downloaded the free vs2005 express. Now I'm
wondering if I'll have problems if I install vb 2003 beside it?
