Visual Studio 2010 and Autodesk.Map.Platform.dll

Does anyone having problem with adding a reference with this dll?
When I add reference in visual studio 2010 on autodesk.map.platform.dll, object browser said it has no namespaces.
In Visual studio 2008, everthing was working fine

Thanks
Frane

Hi Frane,

I would suspect it is exactly the same problem as my post directly before
yours. VS 2010 has suddenly got very picky about framework versions. You
will have to make sure the target framework on your dll is at least the same
as the autodesk.map.platform.dll you are compiling against. If you want to
keep the same target framework on your dll then you will have to get an
older version of autodesk.map.platform.dll to compile against.

Regards,

Adam

Hi Frane,

Maybe I was wrong and this is a different problem! When I add acdbmgd.dll
even if it is the wrong .net framework version I can still see it in the
Object Browser.
I'll search out a Map dll and add it and get back you.

You need to add reference to Autodesk.Map.Platform.Core.dll

Hi Frane,

Great that you worked it out. It's because you are on Map 2011. Autodesk
have changed the location of the managed APIs to that dll.

I have added Autodesk.Map.Platform and it doesn't have classes like OsGeo.MapGuide.MgFeatureService or OsGeo.MapGuide.MgGeometry where can I find it?.

Thanks

I found the new required libraries. OSGeo.FDO.PlatformBase and OSGeo.FDO.Geometry
