VB.NET create a toolbar

I wrote a DL with some new commands with vb.net. Now I have to add a new tollbar with VB.Net, can  anyone help me to find a sample?

I have a follow-up question:  What if my users (or some of them in my case), decide that they do not like Ribbons:  can I also create 'good-ol' CUI toolbars for them?

I suppose I could alwaise go with COM to do so, but I was actually hoping to put some controls (like DropDowns and/or TextBoxes) in the toolbar, witch I don't think you can with the COM interface...  (I don't even know if it is possible with the CUI customization interface...)
