upgrading 2005 autocad to autocad 2014

I need to upgrade the autocad 2005 which is coded in LISP to Autocad 2014 using .net and Object ARX 2014.What should be my approach towards it.

Well, Lisp API and .Net/ARX are completely different. The workflow might be similar but you will need to rewrite your code.
