Unhandled Access Violation

I am running example of Lab1 from samples. It do nothing when i run it. Using AutoCad 2007...
Means, there is no result when i executed it from VS 2005 editor.
But when i ru it normally from start>All Programs>Autocad2007.. it shows error after load dll. When i write HelloWorld, the error appears and editor became exit.

"FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Writing 0x7cace5c Exception at 7cace5ch"

Just a guess.

For the references acmgd.dll and acdbmgd.dll set their Copy Local property false.
