Two Questions about pop menus

Dear All,
I have urgent questions about menus:-

1. How to set image to menu item and how to give shortcut key to a menu item. i m using code like this:-

IAcadPopMenu pop= group.Add("Everest");
IAcadPopMenuItem item = pop.AddSubMenuItem(........);

2. How can i set "Hot key to a menu". I am giving "&" which is not acceptable. I think i need to convert it into .net equvalent. What is the equavalent of "&" in .net com.
