Strange behaviour setting current PageSetup

Hi all,

I defined a new PageSetup for a Layout:
- defined it with PlotSettings, PlotSettingValidator
- added it to the PlotSettingsDictionary

The PageSetup is created succesfully. When I manually set the PageSetup
current in a Layout, all works well.

But I have a some problems making this PageSetup current with code:

- I use oLayout.CopyFrom(oPlotSettings); with no errors.
- The appearance of the layout is not refreshed. When I start the Plot
dialog all settings show up correct (Plot area: "Layout", Scale: 1:1).
- When I do a Regen with the Layout active ("Regenerating Layout"), the
background becomes full white (no paper boundaries). When I start the Plot
dialog all settings still are correct.
- When I switch to Modelspace and back, suddenly the settings are changed!
: Plot area: "Extents", Scale: ScaleToFit. Other settings remain correct,
and the Paper boundaries are displayed now.

Does anyone know a solution for the changed settings problem, and the best
way to refresh the appearance of the layout?

Thnx,
Henk

Never mind, I found a workaround.

Instead of using PageSetups (using objects like PlotSettings and
PlotSettingsDictionary) I now configure the plotsettings directly in the
Layout object, with no errors.

Henk,

This has been my problem too... can you elaborate on your solution or possibly paste your code... as I'm pulling my hair out per-se trying to figure this out.
