Stepping through Subentities in a block reference

Hi,

Is there a way to step through subentities in a block reference to highlight a particular entity? I need to do this without the getNestedEntity method as I need the closest entity to the point selected. The entity is usually about an inch or more(on screen) away from the point the user will select.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

As far as Iterating through Sub-Entities of a BlockReference, you essentially have two choices.  You can iterate through the entities in the BlockTableRecord, and transform them by the BlockReference.BlockTransform, or you can Explode the BlockReference into it's SubEntities, to figure out which entity is closest...

translating either of those results into SubEntityPath's for highlighting is going to be an additional challenge...
