select one entity and copy it to a selected point

hi. im new to .net and id like to know how to select one entity and copy it to the user-picked point. thanks for the time to read this...

You can use Entity.GetTransformedCopy()

If you do a internet search there are a view examples of using GetTransformedCopy
out there.
