AcadLT does not support COM Automation.

AutoCAD LT is intentionally not programmable or extensible; if you need such
functionality, use the full version of AutoCAD.

AutoCAD 2006 should (more-or-less) work with all versions of Visual Studio
(as long as you stick to just the .NET APIs); AutoCAD 2007 will only work
with Visual Studio 2005.
