Run dll on OEM

I create a dll on VB.NET that show "Hallo World". The problem is that when i load it in Autocad 2007 OEM, I have this Error:

Impossible load the assembly.Error detail:
System.Security.SecurityException: Protection error.
in
Autodesk.AutoCAD.ApplicationServices.ExtensionLoader.ProcessAssembly(Assembly
assembly)
Assembly are with errors:
MyComputer

This sounds like the same problem I'm having.

Cannot load assembly. Error details: System.Security.SecurityException:
Security error.
at
Autodesk.AutoCAD.ApplicationServices.ExtensionLoader.ProcessAssembly(Assembly
assembly)
The Zone of the assembly that failed was:
MyComputer

What was the solution?
