run a command at the VB.NET

Hello, I need that when you click the Finish button to my project in VB to execute one line at AutoCAD.

do not know the syntax, can someone help me?

I need to use the AcadAppication?

for example:


run in unloadme ( "c: mate2")
this command must be executed when the cad
