Rotate Problem

Hi, Guys.
I made a rotate function, but got error message.
How should I fix it? Attached file.
Plz,help me.

You need to use Transaction to open entity for write (not for read, as in
your code), and then commit the change (rotation transform) by calling
Transaction.Commit(). That is the difference between your code and the
working ocde replied by tp (have you actually read his code?).

Finally,owing to the function provided by tp and your advice , I succeeded to perform a rotate method in vb.net.
