referesh listbox when open other dwg

Hello Everyone

I have listbox wint items that are layers of the dwg

The listbox is loaded on a doking  pallet in autocad 2008

Please help me fiinding a way to referesh the list every time a open another dwg that has diferent layer of cors.Or refersh it everytime i push a button
