Reference required to assembly.... error

I have the following references loaded....

AutoCAD 2006 Type Library 1.1
AutoCAD/ObjectDBX Common 16.0 Type Library

But my 'common' will not show up, for example this line of code is not
recognized.

Dim Thisdrawing As Autodesk.AutoCAD.Interop.AcadDocument

Any suggestions ??

Look at your object browser and it'll tell you that AcadDocument is off of
Interop.Common or use:

Imports Autodesk.AutoCAD.Interop
Imports Autodesk.AutoCAD.Interop.Common

Then you can use:

Dim Thisdrawing As AcadDocument

If AcadDocument is off, how do you get it back on ??

No 😃 "OFF OF" meaning you get to AcadDocument by walking the tree
Autodesk.AutoCAD.Interop.Common.AcadDocument not the way you were. You were
missing the .COMMON
