"Unknown command" in 2007

First shot at 2007 ... (just days before 2008 will show up)

I recompiled my old apps with new references
Loaded with no problems, but all command are unkown.

Tried with VB sample HelloWorld and C# sample Prompts.
Same result

Created a new blank app using the wizard.
Same result.

Any clues or tips?

Found it on the ADN

3) Don’t copy acmgd to the debug/bin folder local. (acdbmgd.dll is still
ok) Change the Copy Local property for admgd.dll to False.
