Problem with program, "Cannot load assembly."

Hello,

I put the first steps in . NET. I wrote a program "Hello world ", but when I try to run it in AutoCAD I get an error:

Cannot load assembly. Error details: System.BadImageFormatException: Could not
load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Users\Dominik\documents\visual studio
2010\Projects\Adsk\Adsk\bin\Release\Adsk.dll' or one of its dependencies. This
assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and
cannot be loaded.

Cannot load assembly. Error details: System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Users\Dominik\documents\visual studio 2010\Projects\Adsk\Adsk\bin\Release\Adsk.dll' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.

I use AutoCAD 2011, Windows 7, a program written in Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 Microsoft Expres.

I have  installed .net framework 4 Client Profile, .net framework 4 Extended and .net framework 4 Multi - Targeting Pack.

Any advice? Thanks for any help.

Dominik

Look at the post by Kaefer here or if you have VS open and double click on acad.exe.config and should have to just highlight and click uncomment button
