Polyline direction (clockwise or counterclockwise)

I am trying to set up the bulge for  a polyline, in order to set up the bulge currecty I need to know if the polyline was created clockwise or counterclockwise.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,

I just did a search for "clockwise" in this forum here ... and the second item (in the current search result) answers your question (>>>click<<<).

Alfred, thank you for the link.

I don’t think they ever solved the problem in the link, but it have a good idea. I end up using my own algorithm at the end of the day

By my side, I think the algebraic area (signed area) DOES solve the problem.

Did you try the code I posted in the last repy of this thread?
