Polar tracking with jig..

I am wondering how I can get autocad to enable polar tracking when I am rubber-banding a polyline jig. Comments in vb or c# would be a plus. Thank you.

I'm floating the same boat (trying to disable polar tracking while in a custom command)...

I found the AUTOSNAP system variable which is one of those bitcode settings:

Don't know if there's an easier way to switch it on or off, but this could be a start.
