can anyone tell me how to develop a plot manager through .net.

actually i am getting error File or assembly cannot be loaded while using plot Functions of autocad in vb.net

throwing the following error cannot refer or load acmgd.dll.File or its dependencies missing

how to convet a dwg file to pdf format.

Do you have a pdf driver installed on the computer? AutoCAD 2008 I believe comes with one.

It is the same as a dwf file. You don't convert it you print your dwg using the appropriate driver and it plots to a file (.dwf or .pdf depending on the driver used).
