There are a line connecting to premeter of a circle and a text in the circle .
the circle with the text shoulde be perpendicular to page (view) .even the view changes(rotate) .
in the fact , these entities are a lable for a special object .Now ,what should id do?

I've been working on the same problem. I want to draw text with a jig and have it face the current view, even when rotated. I've been looking at transform matrix such as shown here.

but I can't get my head around how to rotate the object to match the current view.

e.Context.DrawContext.Viewport.ViewDirection

gives me some numbers but i'm not sure how to use them
