PaletteSet.KeepFocus bug

PaletteSet.KeepFocus always returns false,
even after you set it to True. The property
assignment works, but the reference is not
returning true when it really is.

I suppose 'virtual_bool_workaround' needs
some work 🙂

However, my own opinion is that KeepFocus should
be an event, not a property.

We were going back and forth on it. I can argue for both. I don't think we
are going to change it at this point.
