In a very general sense you view a drawing database with AutoCAD.
Admittedly - not all of it, but management of the display of the whole
database is not for the faint hearted or ignorant.
Since there are a wide range of possible answers to conversion, it would
help it you were to nominate in which database you want to store the data.
Some databases are more graphically aware than others and the methods you
will use will depend on the database.
It would help also if you indicate your programming skills as the quantity
of response to answer your query will vary with your ability to understand
it.
