New User. PLEASE HELP!

We are looking to develop a VB.Net application that uses an AutoCAD API to open .dwg, .dxf, and .idw files. I have looked at the DWF Tookit, RealDWG, and the Autodesk Design Review programs. Each one can either open the .DWF file, or the .DWG and .DXF files, but none of them can open all three that we are looking for.

Is there an Autocad API out there somewhere that can help us do what we want, or do I need to go to TPTB and tell them we cannot do it?

Thank you in advance for your help.

When you say "AutoCAD", I think you mean "Autodesk". You realize that, idw files come from Inventor, not AutoCAD. You will need an api for each program whose files you need to open. You can download any api from Autodesk. To do the actual development, though, it will be helpful to have the target application installed for debugging.
