menu item event?

Hi,
In my AutoCAD C# application, I use COM interop create some menu, in each menuitem, I specify string for macro par. to do this, I have to registry command so it can like a AutoCAD command. So my question is, is this possible, add event handle to menu item, use my C# function as event handle function so my does not have to expose my function to AutoCAD. so there are no my end user can run them from command line.
