error replication:
1. enter NETLOAD {appname}
2. enter MATCHPROP
error will appear after entering MATCHPROP:
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434f4dh Exception at fd37cacdh
this works for autocad 2007, 2011, and 2012
still don't know the reason why this is not working for 2010
