Keeping block locked relative to user's view

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is any way to make a block or object with a constant position, regardless of any zooms or pans. I'd like to put something in the bottom right corner of the screen and have it stay there. Is there any way to achieve this sort of thing?

Thanks.

Do you mean an actual block, or an on-screen graphic like the floating UCS icon?

It would probably be better for you to use transient graphics.  This blog post should get you started and on your way.
