Is there any API available to attach dwf underlay in Autodesk.AutoCAD.Interop?

Hi Experts,
I have trouble with adding dwf underlay in my c# harness.
It's okay for me to add raster image by invoking AcadDocument.ModelSpace.AddRaster

But I can not find any clues for adding dwf underlay.
Can anyone lend a help?
I am using Acad2007...
