when i want to install ObjectARX i am getting this message

Can u tell me what is this message

There is a problem with this window installer package a script required for this installer to complete could not run contact your support personal or package vendor.

I'm guessing you're seeing error code 2738. That error code translates to "Could not access VBScript run time for custom action". This is almost certainly due to the security settings on your computer. The usual remedies are:

1. Run the installer when logged in as an Admin.

2. Right click the installer and select properties; on the properties dialog, go to the Compatibility tab and set it to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" "Previous version of Windows".
