Insert existing block VB.NET

I've found out how to copy a block from another drawing into the current one.
Can someone give me some sample code of how to insert that same block?

It's a dynamic block and I need to change the properties on insert so any suggestions there would be helpful.

🙂 I have searched the forum. Code examples are in C or don't explain how to reinsert the same block without renaming it from what I have found. Edited by: Discussion_Admin on Mar 1, 2010 5:53 PM

There is plenty of documentation available on what you want to do. This is not a place for you to learn how to program rather a place for people to get help when they have a specific issue.

The code samples aren't in C, but then again, you probably
aren't able to distinguish between C and C# .

Just found these training labs.

Search for DynamicBlockReferencePropertyCollection.

Keep working at it and you'll get there.

Wasn't so easy to find but is a great supporting tutorial.
Hopefully this thread helps others who need similar guidance.

Just a specific problem linked to a solution. Insert existing block using VB.NET.
Nothing special about it.
