How to save as R14 version?

I can use Database.SaveAs() function to save the database as 2000/2004/2007 version.
But when I save the database as R14 verison like this:
db.saveas("C:\\test.dwg",DwgVersion.AC1014);
I get error information like this:Autodesk.AutoCAD.Runtime.Exception: eInvalidDwgVersion.

I get the attached error for both 07 and 08. Maybe someone knows the
Disassembly error? Something fun to look into.

Try version AC1800 (that's the one for R14, believe it or not)
