Dimblk2 = Closed filled

I'm trying to do so:

rotatedDimension.Dimblk1 = ConvertToLayer.GetArrowObjectId("Oblique");

But it does not work.

It only works if I do this:

rotatedDimension.Dimblk = ConvertToLayer.GetArrowObjectId("Oblique");

But I will not change everything.
