How to Give Visual Effect to entity

Dear All,
i want to select an entity and give it some visual effects like brightness, lightning so that it can be highlight on the screen. When i select other entity the first should become normal.

I don't know if it's what you want to hear but you can change its color. Extract color of entity and put a brighter one.
