How To Edit The Entities Of A Block

Hi,

I've been searching and searching but I can't figure out how to do this.

My goal is to modify the actual entities that make up a block.  Is this possible?

So far all that I've discovered is how to get a block's Block Table Record and add things to it.

Dim btr As BlockTableRecord = m.Trx.GetObject(m.BlkTbl("The Name Of The Block"), OpenMode.ForWrite)

How can I get a list of entities in the block and edit them?
