How to declare variables public in C#

In simple words I would like to know how to declare variables global in c#.Net which was very easy in Visual Basic Application (i.e. VBA) where I used to declare variables globally in Modules as I am new in C# expected answer soon

Is there any way to declare variables global like session variables are declared in "global.asax" in web applications using ASP

There are no Global varibles in C#. Look up using 'Static
variables/functions'
