Highlighting of BlockReferences

Hi everybody!

I'm currently struggling with highlighting BlockReferences. My required behaviour is that I want to highlight the entities of a block, but not the nested BlockReferences inside it.

Example: If I do

myOuterBR.Highlight(path, false)

the whole entity and also the BlockReferences inside will be highlighted. I then tried to go through the BlockTableRecord of the outer BlockReference and do an

myInnerBR.Unhighlight(subpath, false)

to each of them, without any effect. Smiley Sad

The other way I could implement it is to highlight each non-BlockReference entity inside the outer block by its own, but I guess this will not be very performant on blocks with a lot of entities?

Do you have any hints on this matter?

Thanks and regards

Max

Hi,

well, ok. I implemented the "highlight each inner entity but BlockReferences" solution that I already mentioned. Though it's too bad, there is no other way.

Regards

Max
