Hatch

Dear Forummembers,

 

How do I get center line of a hatch. Suppose I have a hatch as shown below.

I want its centerline as follows:

I believe the Hatch class provides a method for drawing the associated object IDs (the boundary lines):

 

Hatch.GetAssociatedObjectIds() as ObjectIDCollection

 

With the two object IDs of the boundaries, you could open them as polylines for read, collect their vertices, step through them, run some math and determine your centreline.
