Hi,
I have made a plug-In for AutoCAD 2013 which reads the x-Ref from a DWG File.
However, I wants to read this xRef Details (with parent child tree information), from an Console or Windows Form Based Application. i.e. without loading DWG in AutoCAD, Is it possible to directly read the xRef details without Opening AutoCAD??
Kindly help on this ASAP.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Hardik
I have found that using RealDWG SDK, it is possible to read the dwg file without opening the file.
I am not able to download SDK of the same....its a licence version only, no trail version is available.
So anyone can help from where can I get the trail version of RealDWG or any other alternative similar to RealDWG is avialable or not
Thanxs
Hi,
Please refer http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=770257 for details on RealDWG. This page also contains the details on procedure to get the license for RealDWG.
FYI, from AutoCAD 2013, you can use command line version of AutoCAD. Please refer blog http://adndevblog.typepad.com/autocad/2012/04/getting-started-with-accoreconsole.html . (it needs AutoCAD to be installed in the system)
