Get input from command line

I am writing a API in .NET. I can send commands to the AutoCAd command line using the sendCommand feature but can i access the result returned too? I am not able to find the right class/function the redirect the command result back to my API

Which commands are you sending, and what are you expecting to get back from them?

I want to use the command gstestbenchmark or gsbcurrent and get the results returned by autocad into my API

Where functions are designed to produce consumeable information they aren't called through the command line.  You could temporarily call up a log file and read it afterwards.  But I'd be cautious about real-world consumption of benchmarking stats.
