How do you have files like acmgd.dll and acdbmgd.dll when "AutoCAD is not
installed"? Read your EULA: you're not allowed to copy the files to another
machine (except for backup purposes).
I think you can use a "headless" (no UI) AutoCAD through COM automatation,
but that's probalby not going to be very efficient on a server. The only
Autodesk-supported method to manipulate DWG files w/o AutoCAD is by using
RealDWG.

I need to create autcadfiles form a server where autocad is not installed,
only the has dlls like 'acmgd.dll' and 'acdbmgd.dll', the dlls are from
autocad 2006.
The language I use is .Net C#.
Because we have different versions of autocad I need to be able to save the
document to different versions.
Is there anyone who can help me?
